The Ivy Restaurant

Time constraints are a part of the job, I rarely get given carte blanche as far time goes. A building usually has a slot where it’s available to be photographed. Sometimes you have a day, sometimes a half day. So when I was approached by the Caprice Group to photograph a selection of their Ivy Restaurants and told I had between the hours of 6am and 8am to photograph each venue I knew things were going to be tough! The time restriction was due to their opening hours and was set in stone. The key to this shoot was going to be organisation and the Ivy Restaurants were superb in helping me with this. The lovely weather this summer also helped assuring every morning at 6am we had good light.
