Last month I was shooting a newly completed townhouse project for Hudson Architects. This stunning Victorian terraced house has had a deep retrofit vastly improving its energy-efficiency and sustainability credentials.⁠ This project shows a commitment to the 2030 RIBAClimate Challenge. The challenge calls on all RIBA chartered practices to help address the global climate crisis, heading towards reaching net zero. In the words of the Architects Journal “The greenest building is one that already exists”. ⁠
